We have a new and exciting opportunity and are currently recruiting to join our Property Maintenance Team in the role of a plasterer.

Reporting into the Repairs Managers you will be responsible for not only undertaking all plastering repairs to our domestic properties to a high standard but also for the delivery of excellent customer service. Providing an excellent customer service and putting the customer first is paramount in this role, therefore you will need to be a people person with the ability to communicate and liaise effectively with a wide range of teams and colleagues within Gentoo, external stakeholders and have an ability to build and maintain honest and open relationships.

The role will include carrying out all plastering works including ceramic tiling, rendering, preservation work, pebble dash and aertex works

The role is subject to a basic DBS paid for by Gentoo.

What we are looking for:

The successful candidate should be able to deliver a first class customer service, carry out all aspects of duties related to the plastering role including:boarding and skimming of walls and ceilings, ceramic tiling, rendering, preservation work, pebble dash and artex works.

It is essential the successful applicant has:

- A Full UK Driving Licence.

- Served a recognised (Indentured) craft apprenticeship in Plastering Or City & Guilds advanced Craft Certificate in Plastering Or
NVQ level 2 in Plastering
