We are currently recruiting an Admin Support Assistant to join our Property Investment team to work within the Asbestos Management function on a fixed term basis, until February 2025.

The role is subject to a basic DBS paid for by Gentoo.
Key responsibilities will include the following, a full job description is available to view at www.gentoogroup.com/careers:

- Deal with day-to-day queries through management of email and telephone enquiries from both internal and external customers.
- Administration duties to support the department as required including (but not limited to); arrangement of meetings, raising orders, recording and inputting data, post, archiving, filing, updating/retrieval of records.
- Populating contractor key performance indicators prior to contractor meetings.
- Updating of the asbestos module of the asset management database as required, using CSV data supplied by a third party.
- Managing and updating spreadsheets, assisting the Group Asbestos Manager with areas of finance.
- Preparation of documents using Microsoft Word.
- Arrangement and management of appointments for asbestos surveys when required.
- Collate and prepare Tenant Information Sheets to send out to customers.

What we are looking for:

The successful candidate will be someone with previous admin experience who can be organised, enthusiastic and keen to learn. The role is within a busy team and therefore it is key the successful candidate can work both alone and as part of a team and demonstrate using their own initiative.
