About the role:

We have an exciting opportunity to join the Property team in the role of Multi Maintenance Operative working within a team of Repairs operatives.

Working to deliver the best quality customer service whilst carrying out responsive and planned repairs to our tenant properties. The role will involve carrying out general building maintenance duties including joinery, plastering, tiling, decorating, bricklaying, plumbing, fencing, flooring and roofing.

The role may also include, tending to our customers fencing requirements, fitting vinyl flooring to wet shower rooms and kitchens, applying damp proofing products to walls, and the installation of loft insulation.

You will have access to a company vehicle and the relevant tools and equipment required to carry out your role, working in both void and tenanted properties across our housing stock.

We are looking for flexible individuals to join our teams, working a 36 hour week providing an excellent work life balance and a generous benefits package.

What we are looking for:

You will have the ability to carry out general multi-maintenance repair duties to occupied and void properties in the main disciplines above, and have a good understanding of Health & Safety legislation.

You will be customer focussed with a drive to help us to successfully deliver our ‘Right First Time’ delivery model. With a will do/can do attitude you will be passionate about the delivery of excellent customer service with a determination to deliver exceptional performance both personally and as part of a team.

You will take a flexible approach to your work and an ability to work additional hours as required.

A full clean driving licence is a must
