About the role:

We have new and exciting opportunities to join our Contact Centre Team in the roles of Customer Services Advisor in both our admin and call handling teams. We have permanent full time and part time opportunities available. In this key role, you will be responsible for delivering a high standard of customer service and helping tenants and customers with arranging repairs and general enquiries via telephone. You will also be expected to provide a prompt and efficient administration service including the updating of computerised records. You will be required to input data accurately, therefore good attention to detail is essential.

What we are looking for:

We are looking for motivated, innovative individuals to work within a dynamic team. Our fast-paced Contact Centre and Admin teams are constantly evolving in order to improve our tenant experience and adapt to the changing environment. The successful candidate must have experience of working in a customer service environment and be able to demonstrate excellent communication skills. The ability to build and maintain strong working relationships with a wide range of both tenants and colleagues is essential. The aim is to provide a right first-time approach to tenants and resolve a range of repair queries at the first point of contact. Therefore, successful applicants must also be able to demonstrate ownership and responsibility when dealing with queries. Resilience and proven experience of working with Microsoft Office and data inputting is essential, along with demonstrable experience of problem solving. Successful applicants will be working in a fast-paced and demanding environment, so it is important to display excellent organisational skills, the ability to plan own workload and meet deadlines.
