About the role:

We have an exciting opportunity within our housing team for a Scheme Manager where you will provide a support service in our sheltered or extra care schemes within Sunderland. The role requires good interpersonal skills, the ability to build rapport with tenants, families, external partners with clear KPI's and objectives to be achieved.

You will be responsible for day to day management in one of our sheltered or extra care schemes in Sunderland. There are clear KPI's set which you will need to achieve such as voids and relet times, income collection and compliance.

As a Scheme Manager you will enthusiastic and embed a strong tenant focused culture as well as being committed to great tenant experience and high levels of tenant satisfaction. You will have excellent communication skills and be able to build positive relationships with peers and stakeholders.

You will be responsible for contributing to the overall Group strategy by delivering on operational objectives, ensuring the organisation is able to respond positively and appropriately to challenges and opportunities.

What we are looking for:

We are looking for a Scheme Manager who is self-motivated, innovative and an experienced individual with a successful track record of delivering supported housing. You will have strong performance delivery, experience of delivering services with high levels of customer satisfaction and improvement of services for tenants.
