About the role:

We have an exciting opportunity to join Property Maintenance in the role of Plasterer. All Jobs you undertake will have a 'Right first time' attitude and you will be expected to deliver work to a high standard. The role will involve carrying out all plastering works including ceramic tiling, rendering, preservation work, pebble dash and aertex works.

You will have access to a company vehicle and the relevant tools and equipment required to carry out your role.

What we are looking for:

You will be a qualified Plasterer with a great work ethic and the drive to complete work right first time and to an exceptional standard.

We are looking for a dynamic motivated individual who can provide excellent customer service and effective communication skills to our tenants.

You will ensure appropriate parts and materials are available for jobs, and have accountability for van based stock and replenishment.

You will have a good understanding of Health and Safety.

You should also be competent in the use of handheld IT systems.

A full, clean driving licence is essential.
