About the role:
We have a new and exciting opportunity to join the Finance team in the role Income Coordinator to oversee the administration of direct debit and standing order payments for our tenants’ and customers’ rent accounts. In this key role, you will be responsible for administering payments and maintaining customer records to ensure timely and accurate payment information.
What we are looking for:
We are looking for someone who has excellent communication skills, both verbally and written and who has the ability to plan their workload to ensure deadlines are met. Great organisational skills and the ability to understand and interpret financial data are essential. You will have the ability to effectively prioritise and maintain customer records efficiently.
